A Senior Backend Developer role in Warsaw, Poland, is open with Adecco Portugal. You will design, build, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs powering client portal applications, using Java or .NET and collaborating with frontend teams for smooth integration.

The position offers hybrid work in Warsaw (3 days in office) and competitive compensation including B2B or temporary contracts, with a clear path to scalable backend architectures in the banking domain.

Qualificações

• 8+ years backend development experience.
• Proficient in Java or .NET (Spring Boot / .NET Core).
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Experience with containerized apps and orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift).
• Relational SQL database experience and data modeling.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Java or .NET.
• Design data models and integrate with relational/NoSQL databases as required by portal functionality.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to define API contracts and ensure smooth integration.
• Build and deploy services within containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift).
• Implement secure coding practices, unit/integration testing, and CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Optimize service performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot production issues and participate in on-call rotations as needed.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical design discussions.
