Responsibilities:
  • Key asset design: Youll lead the strategy and execution of design for digital ads, websites, emails and other core assets
  • Unwavering quality: You consistently deliver top-notch designs that fit the clients brand. Follow a strong QA process before launch
  • Link creative to outcomes: Everyone at UTTR understands how their work drives outcomes. Youll design with the understanding the ultimate goal. Youll review performance and come up with subsequent creative iterations
  • Deeply understand audiences: We work across the B2B world, in a diverse range of industries and niches. You need to be able to quickly understand each audience in order to recommend relevant creatives
  • Team collaboration: Work collaboratively with multiple functions, including performance marketing and copywriting to drive results
  • Evolve and refine: Take insights from previous projects and apply that knowledge to improve our collective knowledge as a company
  • Project management: Handle projects with precision, ensuring timely delivery, and keeping everyone in the loop
