Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of C# and .NET Core experience.
• Experience with Kafka and containerized microservices.
• Proficiency with React and Azure-based cloud architecture.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; English B2+.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve digital products and technology services for clients and employees.
• Apply software engineering practices from analyzing user needs and developing new features to automated testing and deployment.
• Ensure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of solutions by applying digital principles and implementing functional and non-functional requirements.
• Build observability into solutions, monitor production health, help resolve incidents, and remediate the root cause of risks and issues.
• Understand, represent, and advocate for client needs.
• Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues, help with hiring, and contribute regularly to engineering culture and internal communities.
• Work on new initiatives to introduce a service-based, event-driven, messaging architecture in Azure.
