Job summary

Xebia is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines in Azure, manage Terraform-driven infrastructure, and enable reliable deployment across Docker and Kubernetes environments.

You will integrate security checks, build observability with Grafana and Checkmk, and apply AI tools to automate code and documentation. Ability to work onsite in Zurich up to 40% and hold EU work permit is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional DevOps experience.
• Proven Azure expertise and cloud infra management.
• Strong CI/CD automation and deployment experience.
• Terraform IaC and container tech experience.
• Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Grafana, Checkmk).
• Experience using AI tools in DevOps tasks.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines in Azure.
• Manage cloud infrastructure using IaC (Terraform).
• Work with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization.
• Maintain monitoring and observability with Grafana and Checkmk.
• Integrate security checks into CI/CD pipelines.
• Apply AI tools to generate code, automate tasks, and document tech.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment and reliability.
