emagine is seeking a Senior Azure Data Engineer to join our enterprise-scale Data Foundation initiative in Gdańsk, Poland. The role focuses on building cloud-native data pipelines using Azure Databricks, Python, PySpark, SQL and Terraform, collaborating with product architects and engineering teams.

You will design and optimize architectures, implement data integration, and strengthen CI/CD with Azure DevOps in a hybrid setup with 50% onsite presence in Gdańsk.

Formación

• Several years of experience developing and maintaining enterprise-scale data platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Databricks.
• Solid expertise in Microsoft Azure services.
• Practical experience with Terraform.
• Strong programming skills in Python / PySpark.
• Very good knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF).
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD.
• Experience collaborating with architects and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Very good English, used daily in an international environment.

Rate: 160–190 PLN/h net + VAT

Workload: Full-time preferred; part-time cooperation may also be considered

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Duration: Until the end of December 2026, with the possibility of extension in early 2027

Language: English – advanced / full professional proficiency (daily communication in English)

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Azure Data Engineer to join an enterprise-scale Data Foundation initiative within the Food & FMCG industry.

You will develop and enhance a cloud-based data platform using Azure Databricks, Python/PySpark, SQL and Terraform, working closely with Product Architects and engineering teams.
