Job summary

emagine is seeking a Senior Azure Data Engineer for an enterprise-scale Data Foundation project in the Food & FMCG sector, based in Gdańsk with a hybrid 50% onsite work model. You will design and optimize Azure Databricks data pipelines using Python/PySpark, Terraform and Data Factory, collaborating with architects and cross-functional teams.

The contract runs until the end of 2026 with potential extension; English is used daily in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience developing and maintaining enterprise-scale data platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Databricks.
• Solid expertise in Microsoft Azure services.
• Practical experience with Terraform.
• Strong programming skills in Python / PySpark.
• Very good knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF).

Workload: Full-time preferred; part-time cooperation may also be considered

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Azure Data Engineer to join an enterprise-scale Data Foundation initiative within the Food & FMCG industry.

You will develop and enhance a cloud-based data platform using Azure Databricks, Python/PySpark, SQL and Terraform, working closely with Product Architects and engineering teams.
