Inetum Polska is seeking an experienced Data Architect to join our growing data practice and shape the future of our data platform. You will design and deliver modern data solutions using Microsoft technologies, support key business initiatives, and help build a scalable, high-impact data ecosystem.

The role requires 7+ years in data architecture, strong Azure expertise, and excellent communication. The position offers a hybrid work model with 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Data Architect.
• Proven experience designing and implementing solutions on Microsoft data platforms (Azure Data Factory / Microsoft Fabric).
• Strong expertise in: Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Data Warehouse), Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2, Azure Synapse and/or SQL.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, lakehouse architecture.
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure ecosystem (OneLake, Workspaces, Capacity).
• Polish and English language skills at B2 level or higher.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Data Engineer, Fabric) are a plus.
