Job summary

Hitachi Energy Poland is seeking an Application Manager to support the Transformers unit by driving the digitalization strategy and maximizing business value from the application portfolio. You will test, validate, and align applications with enterprise architecture, IT security standards and licensing requirements.

You will collaborate with business teams and application owners to pursue continuous improvement, manage vendors and costs, and maintain technical and user documentation to enable

Qualifications

• min. 8+ years of IT experience and at least 5 years in application management
• Vendor management experience (task, process & KPI execution)
• Portfolio application management experience, gathering & management requirements
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Responsibilities

• Align applications with Hitachi Energy IT Enterprise Architecture and global strategy
• Ensure proper license arrangements for user communities
• Register applications in the CMDB and follow ITSM guidelines
• Deliver services within SLAs for incidents and change requests
• Ensure compliance with Hitachi Energy IT security standards
• Maintain documentation and support continuous improvement
• Manage vendors and costs to maximize value of service delivery
• Collaborate with business teams to drive continuous improvement
