Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Senior Application Vulnerability Management Analyst to design and operate an enterprise vulnerability program. You will collaborate with developers, DevOps, and security operations to improve visibility and SLA compliance, while driving automation and process improvements.

The role requires strong knowledge of SAST/DAST/SCA, Jira, and CI/CD, plus fluent English. Join a team committed to secure software delivery and measurable risk reduction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Cyber Security, Application Security, or Vulnerability Management.
• Practical knowledge of application vulnerability management and remediation processes.
• Experience with SAST, DAST, SCA tools; knowledge of DevSecOps and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain vulnerability management processes and remediation workflows.
• Analyze and prioritize vulnerabilities based on CVSS/EPSS and business criteria.
• Monitor results from SAST, DAST, and SCA tools and classify findings.
• Coordinate remediation with development and DevOps; ensure accountability.
• Create and manage Jira workflows, tickets, deadlines, and escalation paths.
• Track remediation SLAs; follow up on overdue items and risk acceptance.
• Verify remediation via re-scans and validation actions before closure.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports on risk exposure and remediation performance.
• Automate security processes like ticketing, notifications, and re-scanning.
• Drive continuous improvements in vulnerability management and tooling.
