Job summary

DCG Poland Warszawa is seeking an experienced Ansible Automation Engineer to develop and maintain complex Ansible roles and playbooks across environments. You will design scalable automation solutions, configure resources in AAP, and collaborate within an Agile/Scrum team.

You will also build Python modules, automate infrastructure, and help with security automation and CI/CD integrations. Strong English is required.

Qualifications

5+ years of IT automation experience including hands‑on Ansible work.
Strong knowledge of Ansible playbooks and roles.
Experience with complex Ansible solutions using variables, loops, and modules.
Hands‑on with Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) config and resource mgmt.
Experience with CI/CD integration (e.g., Jenkins/Bamboo).
Familiar with Git and version control.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Good command of English for technical communication.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain complex Ansible roles and playbooks for automation across environments.
Design scalable automation solutions using advanced Ansible capabilities.
Configure resources within Ansible Automation Platform (AAP).
Develop custom Ansible modules using Python.
Automate infrastructure, deployments, and configuration management.
Support security/compliance automation incl. patching and hardening.
Integrate Ansible with CI/CD pipelines and version control.
