Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Android Developer to join our long-term product development initiative in logistics and digital services. You will design, build, and enhance high-performance mobile applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

Responsibilities include crafting scalable Android apps, refactoring for performance, and shaping architecture. You will contribute to testing, CI/CD pipelines, and maintain quality through reviews and documentation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial Android development experience.
• Strong Kotlin skills and Android SDK proficiency.
• Experience with Jetpack Compose for modern UI.
• Knowledge of asynchronous programming with Coroutines.
• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD.
• Fluent Polish and English for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Android apps focused on performance and stability.
• Refactor and optimize existing solutions and improve architecture.
• Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for development, testing, and release.
• Deliver high-quality, testable code and contribute to technical decisions.
• Participate in code reviews and promote engineering standards.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for development and operations.
