Job summary

Efigence is building a new product team for a large-scale banking application. We are seeking a Senior Android Engineer to shape a greenfield Kotlin Multiplatform project with Compose Multiplatform, collaborating across iOS and backend teams.

You will influence standards, architecture, and product evolution while embracing agility, rapid iterations, and high‑quality delivery. Occasional on‑site sessions in Warsaw are expected, with a hybrid/remote model supported.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in native Android development.
• Strong experience with Jetpack Compose and Compose Multiplatform.
• Hands-on experience with Kotlin Multiplatform in production environments.
• Deep understanding of MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture.
• Experience contributing to a Design System and building reusable UI components.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain shared UI components and screens using Compose Multiplatform.
• Contribute to shared business logic layer using Kotlin Multiplatform.
• Own Android-specific platform integrations (permissions, notifications, biometrics, deep linking, app lifecycle).
• Build and maintain Design System components ensuring consistency and design-to-code fidelity.
• Collaborate with iOS, backend, QA, product managers, and designers in a cross-functional team.
