- Execute operations in the area of expertise and analytics, using supporting tools
- Provide analysis and deep insights to support senior leadership decisions
- Own end-to-end delivery of workstreams led by the ICH with strategic importance
- Serve as a subject matter expert in surveys, reporting, and automation
- Collaborate with teams across Oliver Wyman, Marsh, and regions
- Drive process standardization, documentation, and operational compliance
