Job Overview:

As a Creative Project Coordinator, you are responsible for planning, resourcing, and monitoring of creative projects. Your role ensures smooth workflows, effective resource allocation, and alignment with project goals, making you a point of contact for managing timelines, resources, and deliverables.

Branding
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the brand's values, visual identity, and tone of voice.
Process
  • Continuously champion and refine processes to streamline operations and improve project outcomes.
Project Management
  • Create detailed project plans, including timelines, deliverables, and required resources.
  • Ensure adherence to project objectives, budgets, and timelines through effective monitoring and communication.
Production
  • Collaborate with team leads to resolve production challenges and maintain project momentum.
Resource Management
  • Support with workflow management, understand and align the right skillsets with projects.
  • Support with managing utilization and capacity across studio teams.
Innovation & Adaptability
  • Adapt to changing project requirements and priorities to ensure continued alignment with business needs.
Communication
  • Maintain clear and regular communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates.
  • Facilitate collaboration across teams, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
