Job summary

Mars is seeking an AI-native engineer in Warsaw to own the full stack—from APIs to UI and scalable orchestration pipelines. You’ll work with business teams to diagnose problems and deliver scalable, production-ready GenAI solutions.

You’ll partner with stakeholders in agile sprints, codify reusable assets, and help shape internal tooling and platform roadmaps, ensuring secure, compliant deployments across Mars segments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering, including 3+ years in customer-facing or embedded roles.
• Proven ability to design AI-native software for production environments.
• Backend (Python, Node.js, Java), frontend (React, Angular), APIs (REST/GraphQL).

Responsibilities

• Build LLM-enabled applications spanning backend logic, data orchestration, and frontend UI.
• Adopt responsible AI practices with RBAC and access management.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to deploy and iterate in live environments.
• Codify reusable assets including libraries, prompts, and scaffolds to accelerate future engagements.
• Engineer APIs, orchestration pipelines, vector DBs, LLM frameworks, UI components.
