Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks a Senior/Lead AI Engineer to design and deploy production-grade AI applications using Python, LangChain, and RAG solutions. You will automate cognitive workflows and collaborate with operations to transform complex processes into scalable automation.

Hybrid work in Poland with possibility to work remotely within the country and up to 60 days abroad annually, plus growth programs and certifications.

Qualifications

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior or Lead AI Engineer with experience in Python, willing to join a Project for one of our Key Clients.Are you passionate about moving beyond AI experimentation and building real-world, production-ready AI applications? We are looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to design and deploy intelligent, agentic workflows.
