Job summary

Aura is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for its AI Intelligence Platform. You will own end-to-end architecture and build systems that enable AI to operate securely over sensitive data, mainly in Python and TypeScript on AWS.

You’ll drive complex initiatives from architecture to production and mentor other engineers to raise security, privacy, and reliability standards. You will design scalable components, unify Aura's data into a trusted source for insights, and shape engineering practices

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• End-to-end ownership of complex distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of design patterns, data structures and algorithms.
• Cloud experience with AWS and IaC concepts.
• Security and privacy by design as core requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Design architecture for scalable platform components.
• Own initiatives from design through production release.
• Build data foundation for unified Aura intelligence.
• Architect secure data access for AI reasoning.
• Turn intelligence into personalized insights and actions.
• Make high-leverage technology choices across stack.
