Job summary

Aura in Poland is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to own end-to-end architecture for its AI Intelligence Platform, unifying data and enabling secure, private insights. You'll work primarily in Python and TypeScript on AWS, building scalable systems that serve millions of customers while upholding security and privacy as foundational pillars.

You will drive design decisions, mentor peers, and translate ambiguous goals into concrete technical requirements, balancing scalability and cost.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering building large-scale distributed systems.
• Experience owning systems end-to-end from architecture to production.
• Strong knowledge of cloud architectures and data processing pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable platform components for Aura's AI platform.
• Own complex initiatives from design through production, translating goals into technical requirements.
• Mentor engineers and promote secure, privacy-focused engineering practices.
