Job summary

Your ITeams Sp. z o.o. in Poland is seeking a Senior AI-Native Full-Stack Engineer to join an enterprise pricing app project that replaces Excel workflows. You will shape how AI agents produce production-quality code and drive an international rollout from day one.

Lead end-to-end feature delivery across frontend, backend and databases, review AI-generated code for security and architecture, and collaborate with architects, product owners and cross-functional teams to accelerate delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive backend engineering experience, preferably within the Java/JVM ecosystem.
• Proven full-stack capabilities across frontend, backend and database layers.
• Practical experience with AI coding tools or agentic development workflows, plus strong code review skills.

Responsibilities

This AI-native, agent-driven program is a lighthouse project demonstrating faster, more reliable enterprise software development. The person in this role will contribute from day one, shaping how AI agents are used to produce production-quality code and help drive an international rollout.

Responsibilities
