EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior AI/ML Solution Engineer to design and implement AI-agentic security testing within the client’s software ecosystem.

You will lead autonomous security testing workflows, build large-scale evaluation pipelines, and tune LLMs for security domains while collaborating with the security team to mitigate vulnerabilities. The role emphasizes developing scalable AI-driven testing methodologies and sharing best practices, with hybrid work options and opportunities

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an AI/ML Solution Engineer or Security Engineer.
• Proficiency in Python and Rust.
• Experience with vulnerability management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build multi-agent systems and orchestration layers for autonomous security testing workflows.
• Develop robust large-scale security testing frameworks and evaluation pipelines.
• Perform LLM fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA, or similar) for security domains.
• Generate and manage large-scale datasets for automated security testing.
• Conduct security testing activities to identify risks and vulnerabilities in software applications using AI-agentic security testing solutions.
• Provide guidance and best practices on AI-driven secure testing methodologies with the internal security team.
• Track the latest AI-specific security vulnerabilities and threats, proactively recommending mitigation strategies.

This project aims to enhance software security testing across the client's product ecosystem, ensuring the highest standards of protection for customer data.
