Job summary

Circle K Business Centre Poland sp. z o.o. in Warsaw seeks an AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy agentic AI systems that reason, plan, and autonomously act across multiple ecosystems.

You will work closely with the AI Platform Architect to align with strategy and to deliver measurable business impact. The role covers model development, MLOps, and integration of ML models into production apps, with emphasis on robust APIs, evaluation, and rapid iteration while collaborating with product,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, machine learning or related field.
• 5+ years of experience building and deploying ML models in production.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
• Hands-on experience building and deploying agents on major AI platforms with cross-platform interest.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic workflows that use LLMs to plan, reason, and execute multi-step tasks autonomously.
• Build and deploy agentic solutions across multiple AI platforms and ecosystems.
• Develop tool-use and function-calling integrations connecting agents to APIs, databases, and internal systems.
• Implement orchestration patterns for complex task automation.
• Build retrieval-augmented generation pipelines grounded in data.
• Prototype agent behaviors using frameworks like LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into AI-powered features.
