Job summary

RHAELM in Poland is building a new team to design and operate the AI infrastructure platform. You will provisioning and managing Kubernetes-based compute infrastructure, automate with IaC, and integrate security and secrets management for reliable production systems.

You’ll use Python/Bash to create smart automations, maintain CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with international teams to deliver mission-critical AI deployments. Hybrid work from Wrocław with private healthcare and team events.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to install and administer Kubernetes clusters with network, observability, and security integrations.
• Hands-on experience with IaC tools (Helm, Kubectl, Kustomize) and deployment automation (ArgoCD/Flux).
• Automation skills in Python and Bash for internal tooling and batch processes.
• Experience designing/maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or GitLab CI).
• Proficiency with container registries and supply chain security practices.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the operational layer for AI and compute infrastructure from scratch.
• Manage foundational platform components including Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD pipelines, and registries.
• Drive IaC-driven automation and streamline engineering/ops processes.
• Develop integrations using Python/Bash for platform systems and batch operations.
• Ensure end-to-end security, stability, and repeatable deployment in production.
