Job summary

PwC’s Technology GRC Team helps organisations design, implement, and optimise governance, risk, and compliance frameworks with a strong emphasis on technology enablement. A Senior Consultant will lead client engagements on AI governance, AI Act compliance, and data governance, coordinating selected workstreams across PwC and the global network.

This full-time role requires a university degree in business/IT or related fields, at least 3 years in technology risk or regulatory advisory, and

Qualifications

• University degree in business, IT, risk management, data science, information management or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in technology risk, AI governance, compliance, regulatory advisory or related areas.
• Fluency in English (C1) and Polish; ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on technology governance, risk management and compliance with focus on AI across industries.
• Support organisations in implementing AI and tech-related regulatory requirements including AI Act and industry standards.
• Monitor AI and regulatory developments and translate requirements into practical solutions and recommendations.
• Prepare analyses, presentations and client-facing materials on technology, risk and governance topics.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across PwC and client organisations.
• Support Managers in business development, proposals and new service offerings.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across PwC EMEA to align business development with firm objectives.
