Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior AI Governance Consultant to design, implement and operationalize responsible AI governance frameworks ensuring compliance and scalable innovation. You will collaborate with business leaders, legal teams, risk professionals, data scientists and technology teams to establish trustworthy governance models.

The role covers inventories, risk and impact assessments, board governance, and conformity documentation, with a strong emphasis on real-world implementation

Qualifications

• 3+ years in AI governance, risk and compliance, data governance or ML delivery.
• Working knowledge of EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI RMF.
• Ability to run workshops with data scientists, risk owners and legal teams.

Responsibilities

• Build AI governance inventories and classify systems under EU AI Act.
• Run EU AI Act readiness assessments and lead programmes across portfolios.
• Design AI management systems aligned with ISO/IEC 42001.
• Conduct AI risk assessments and translate findings into controls.
• Establish AI governance operating models and run the governance board.
• Prepare conformity assessment files and support clients with auditors.
• Govern generative AI use with acceptable use and oversight.
• Build reusable assets and coach consultants.
