We're looking forMaster AI Engineer- a hybrid role blending the deep technical expertise of a Senior Software Engineer with the analytical and model-development skills of a Data Scientist. You will work at the intersection ofcloud-native software engineering,machine learning, andgenerative AI.

The project focuses on enhancing business processes through the use of artificial intelligence and advanced technologies. It enables intelligent data handling and supports automated decision-making. Built with modern, high-performance solutions, it ensures efficiency, security, and scalability.

Qualifications

• 6+ yearsof experience in software engineering and/or Data Scientist/AI Specialistroles.
• Proficiency inPython(knowledge ofvanilla JavaScript or Java.is a plus).
• Strong experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL etc.) and key-value stores (Redis).
• Deep knowledge ofcloud platforms(AWS, Azure, or GCP), including services for compute, storage, and AI workloads.
• Familiarity withevent-driven architectures, RESTful APIs, and asynchronous processing.
• Experience withcontainerization(Docker/Podman) andorchestration(Kubernetes).
• Good foundation inmachine learning,NLP, anddeep learning, including experience with Transformers (Hugging Face, spaCy).
• Experience withLLMs, fine-tuning (LoRA/QLoRA), and prompt engineering techniques.
• Experience in working with open-source foundation models (LLaMA, Mistral, etc.).
• Ability to extract actionable insights from large datasets using statistical methods and visualization.
• Experience withCI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions) and software delivery best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex, ambiguous environments.
• English proficiency at B2+/C1 level.
