Job summary

Mindbox Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design and implement cutting-edge AI solutions integrated into enterprise platforms.

You will work in a hybrid Warsaw-based environment, collaborating with data teams, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver AI innovations with robust governance and secure deployment.

Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs are required, along with English and Polish communication for cross-team collaboration.

• 5+ years in IT with strong AI/ML solution development experience.
• Hands-on expertise with Generative AI and LLM models.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Knowledge of production deployment practices and AI integration patterns.
• Familiarity with security standards and data protection principles.

• Design and develop AI‑driven solutions leveraging Generative AI and LLMs.

• Develop robust prototypes and production‑ready implementations in Python.

• Ensure quality and security controls, including governance and compliance standards.
• Document designs and perform QA/testing for reliability and performance.

Our requirements

• 5+ years in IT, with strong experience in AI and/or Machine Learning solution development.
• Proven hands‑on expertise with Generative AI and LLM models.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Knowledge of production deployment practices and AI integration patterns.
• Familiarity with security standards and data protection principles.
• Good communication skills and proficiency in both English and Polish (required)

Optional

• Experience with Azure AI Foundry or Azure Databricks.
• Background in MLOps lifecycle and agent‑based AI solutions.
• Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., finance).
