Qualifications

• Experience with legal practice and contract intelligence platforms.
• Fluency with AI/LLM tools, including prompt design and evaluation.
• Experience deploying LLM workflows in production.

Responsibilities

• Define high-impact use cases for applying LLMs to contract intelligence, including structured data capture and prompt/formulation.
• Translate legal reasoning into structured LLM artifacts including schemas and evidence-grounded extraction requirements.
• Partner with Engineering and Data Science to move AI capabilities from prototype to production.
• Convert reviewer guidance, clause libraries, and data models into LLM-compatible specifications.
• Design approaches for handling ambiguity, negotiated clause variants, and edge cases.
• Build evaluation frameworks covering accuracy, completeness, hallucination detection, evidence validation, and consistency.
• Integrate AI capabilities into operational workflows and support adoption and monitoring.
• Serve as an AI-fluent legal domain expert and contribute to governance and release readiness.
