HelloFresh is building its GenAI Enablement Squad, a cross-functional group that identifies high-impact AI problems and delivers production-grade AI solutions. The Senior Forward Deployed Engineer will work closely with engineering and business teams to embed with them, prototype rapidly, and scale successful ideas into robust systems that drive measurable operational impact.

Qualifications

• Experience building and shipping production AI applications using modern LLMs (agents, RAG, workflow automation).
• Strong software engineering skills for designing and operating production systems.
• Experience translating ambiguous problems for customers or business stakeholders into software solutions.
• Product-minded with focus on measurable user and business impact.
• Ability to rapidly prototype ideas while planning for scalability and maintainability.
• Experience with managed AI platforms (AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex AI).
• Strong programming skills in Python or equivalent languages.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsabilités

• Partner with engineering and business teams to understand workflows and identify AI value opportunities.
• Embed with teams to prototype AI-powered solutions and iterate based on user feedback.
• Design, build, deploy, and operate production-grade AI applications and tools.
• Develop AI assistants and internal tools distributed through internal platforms.
• Manage full lifecycle of AI solutions from discovery to production and improvement.
• Balance speed with reliability, security, and cost efficiency.
