EverAI is seeking a Senior Affiliate Manager for a fully remote role based in Poland. The position covers Europe-wide responsibilities, focusing on managing and expanding the affiliate program, optimizing performance, and recruiting new partners.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in affiliate marketing, strong analytical skills, and experience with Everflow, Looker Studio, and SEMrush. This is a contract role offering remote work and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and management.
Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and networks.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
Experience with Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and reporting systems.
Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

Manage, maintain and grow relationships with affiliates, ensuring they are informed and supported.
Oversee onboarding for new affiliates, ensuring smooth integration into the program.
Monitor affiliate performance, generating reports on traffic, conversions, and ROI.
Analyze affiliate results to identify areas of improvement and scale campaigns.
Research and recruit new affiliates and business partners to expand the network.
Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored affiliate funnels for higher conversions.
Regularly review and improve affiliate communication and management.
