Job summary

The Krakow Rolls-Royce Global Capability Centre represents an exciting new chapter in the growth of Rolls-Royce Group Business Services. It supports global operations, delivering finance, procurement, HR, data analytics, and service management with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

You will join the Accounts Receivable team in GBS Poland as a Senior AR Specialist for Billing, delivering high quality financial services and tailored support to customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience of working in AR including Billing.
• Experience of financial transactional delivery in SSC or BPO.
• Demonstrate good OtC end-to-end process knowledge.
• Very good written and spoken English.
• German language - great advantage.
• Good IT skills across SAP and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Capable of processing high volumes with accuracy and prioritization.
• Attention to detail, analytical mindset, strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Verifying billing inputs.
• Performing billing activities.
• Distributing and archiving invoices.
• Performing tasks related to revenue recognition.
• Cooperating with Order Managers and other stakeholders to process billing and resolve invoice disputes.
• Supporting internal and external audit related to Billing.
• Following policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Reviewing and updating DTPs and process maps regularly.
• Identifying and supporting process-improvement initiatives.
• Preparing reports related to billing.
• Participating in billing process standardization.
• Performing root cause analysis.
• Giving guidance to team members with less experience.

Job Summary:

An opportunity has arisen to join the Rolls-Royce Accounts Receivable Team in GBS Poland as Senior AR Specialist responsible for Billing. You will be delivering high quality financial services to our customers. In this role, you will provide efficient and effective support which is tailored to our customers' needs. Position requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience of working in AR including Billing
• Experience of financial transactional delivery in SSC or BPO.
• Demonstrate good OtC end-to-end process knowledge.

• German language - great advantage.
• Good IT skills across a range of applications including SAP, MS Office skills including Excel.
• Capable of processing high volumes of tasks at high levels of accuracy, including effective prioritization to maximize output.
