your tasks

• preparing cyclical financial statements
• calculation of net asset value (NAV)
• processing accounting transactions and cash transfers
• accounting records of investment fund operations
• monitoring cash balances
• control of compliance of the funds with the provisions of law
• preparing end-to-end valuations
• reconciliations of fund drawdowns, accrual, expenses
• preparing cash reconciliations and fees management for the funds
• liaise with various external and internal parties
• preparing accounting reports
• ensuring all tasks are performed in accordance with company procedures
• provide a high level of customer service to our external clients and business lines

what we expect

• previous experience as general ledger/ record to report accountant, corporate accountant or fund accountant
• motivation to learn about investment funds/ private capital funds
• ability to perform in depths analyses of accounting discrepancies and to take decisions based on them
• understanding of bookkeeping principles
• experience in NAV calculations or similar area will a plus
• confidence in contact with external parties
• solid communication skills including fluency in English (min. B2)
• communicative French would be an advantage (but it’s not a must!)
• understanding of various types of investments (equities, bonds, listed and OTC derivatives, corporate events) will be an advantage
• knowledge of MS Excel
