Job summary

ICEYE is hiring an Accountant to join the Group Accounting team, based in Warsaw or Espoo. You will own journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations, while supporting monthly closing and consolidation. The role requires IFRS knowledge and cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Engineering, and Operations.

The position offers a path to influence financial processes in a fast-growing multinational. Hybrid work arrangement with on-site presence three days a week.

Qualifications

• +2-5 years of general ledger accounting experience in a multinational environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and tax compliance.
• Exposure to financial transformation and ERP development initiatives.
• Experience with year-end audits is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day general ledger and controlling activities, including booking journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Support monthly group closing and consolidation, ensuring completeness and accuracy of data.
• Oversee subsidiaries to ensure adherence to group policies and timelines.
• Prepare IFRS footnotes for consolidated statements and FAS reporting for the parent.
• Collaborate with Finance, Engineering, and Supply Chain for data accuracy and timely flow.
• Drive standardisation and scalability of GL processes in a multinational environment.
• Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen controls and efficiency.
• Support ERP development and testing for NetSuite configuration and workflows.
• Assist with year-end audit activities and documentation.
