• 8+ years in financial reporting/accounting processes, ideally in a regulated environment.
• Proven track record delivering finance system/data changes.
• Strong stakeholder skills across Finance, Actuarial, IT and vendors.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance workstreams within business changes.
• Translate finance/actuarial needs into requirements for system changes.
• Strengthen governance and controls around data and reporting outputs.
• Own testing cycles: plan, coordinate, track defects, and secure sign-offs.
• Communicate complex topics simply to non-technical stakeholders.
