Job summary

Publicis Groupe in Warsaw is seeking a Production/Project Coordinator to receive briefs, build timing plans, and guide clients through production processes. You will collaborate with clients, agencies, and internal teams to manage expectations and resolve issues.

The role emphasizes experience in video, digital, and print production, strong communication, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment across international projects. Fluency in English is required and multilingualism is a plus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience with relevant video, digital and print production processes and techniques.
• Knowledge of web and/or content publishing processes is a plus.
• Strong self-starter and independent thinker, but adept at working within a team structure.
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
• People skills that will inspire the confidence of our clients and build trust with client, agency and executional teams.
• Ability to adapt works style to needs of various clients and internal/ external agency teams.
• Ability to navigate organizations and proactively chase down answers.
• Ability to analyze organizational and process challenges, and to recommend improvements.
• Balance both creative quality and financial responsibility.
• Ability to resolve conflict through diplomacy, empathy and understanding.
• Fluent English - both written and spoken is a must
• Multilingual is a plus.
