Job summary

edrone in Warsaw, Poland is seeking a finance controller to manage payroll budgeting and participate in month-end processes. The ideal candidate should have a higher education in finance or accounting and strong communication skills in English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Payroll budgeting across organization
• Participation in the month-end closing process.
• Analysis of accounting records, cooperation with SSC (Shared Service Center).
• Preparation of calculations and analyses for internal company needs.
• Compliance control of the invoicing process with costs and orders.
• Communication with other departments of the company for data acquisition and verification (Business, HR, Administration).
• Control of obligations and payments, ageing reports

Qualifications

• Higher education in economics (finance, accounting, economics, controlling or related fields)
• Professional experience in controlling, finance, reporting
• Good communication in English and Polish enabling fluent communication.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office suite (especially Excel). Knowledge of accounting principles.
• SAP knowledge will be a huge advantage
