Job summary

Ericsson Poland Lodz seeks an experienced Radio Network System Engineer to join the RAN Baseband System Management team. You will work on 5G signal processing, radio resource management, and cloud-based simulations, delivering algorithms and features for live networks and customer deployments.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration across global teams, contributing to 3GPP standardization work, and advancing 5G technologies with a strong emphasis on RRM and PHY-layer development.

Qualifications

• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Strong background in 5G NR and signal processing.
• Experience with simulation tools and network analysis.
• Good English communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct systems studies in Radio Resource Management and scheduling.
• Develop network-level simulations for 5G features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams worldwide.
• Support 5G deployment in live networks.
