Job summary

Accenture Poland seeks a seasoned cybersecurity consultant to lead security maturity assessments and shape pragmatic transformation roadmaps. You will design Secure SDLC models, advise on secure-by-design approaches, and conduct architecture reviews across hybrid environments, including AWS/Azure/GCP.

You'll engage with diverse stakeholders, translate complex risks into actionable guidance, and contribute to ongoing security modernization for clients in multiple industries.

Qualifications

• Several years of cybersecurity consulting, architecture, or DevSecOps experience.
• Ability to design or improve security processes, governance frameworks, and operating models.
• Experience leading security maturity assessments and translating findings into roadmaps.
• Knowledge of OWASP ASVS and OWASP Top 10 in assessments and design guidance.
• Hands-on cloud platform experience across AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support security maturity assessments across applications and infrastructure.
• Design Secure SDLC operating models and governance frameworks for clients.
• Advise on security-by-design, shift-left practices, and actionable requirements.
• Conduct security architecture reviews for end-to-end solutions across environments.
• Lead workshops and communicate security risks to senior stakeholders.
