Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required.

• Clear verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain integrated security and shuttle operations, including scheduling and 24/7 coverage.
• Administer access control and visitor management, badge issuance and deactivation.
• Execute daily security operations: patrols, alarm testing, incident response.
• Respond to incidents and alarms with sound judgment per protocols.
• Ensure policy compliance through training, drills, and documentation.
• Provide a professional, welcoming presence for executives and teammates.
