Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver in Warsaw, IN to protect patients, staff and visitors across healthcare locations. You will perform routine patrols, respond to security concerns, and provide outstanding customer service.

This is a full-time role with daytime and evening shifts. This position requires a valid driver’s license, comfort using a computer or tablet, and a high school diploma.

• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities in a healthcare-related location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including the business perimeter, access points, parking areas, and other designated locations.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as required, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel when needed.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift logs while communicating relevant security-related information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

What You'll Do

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
