Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a security specialist to manage and administer core security components such as Anti-Malware, EDR, Email and DNS security. You will monitor services to ensure uptime and perform rapid troubleshooting for user-reported incidents.

The role requires hands-on experience with McAfee, CrowdStrike, and Cisco Email Security, along with MFA and email security policies. Collaboration with global teams is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with AV/AS, Email & DNS security and MFA technologies.
• Configure security policies per customer requirements and OEM recommendations.
• Experience with email protection policies and email flow architecture.
• Knowledge of SPF, DKIM, and DMARC features.
• Hands-on with CrowdStrike, McAfee, and Cisco Email Security policies.

• Administration and Operations of Anti-Virus/Anti-Malware and Email security infrastructure
• Provisioning of AV/AS and email policies as required by Customer and OEM recommended.
• Providing on-going support & Troubleshooting AV/AS and email security issues
• 10 years of hands‑on experience on security domain managing Security Infrastructure and 4 years of experience in managing AV/AS and email security
• Good knowledge on Multi Factor Authentication in integration with email security solution which provides secure access to corporate emails
• Should have good working experience on McAfee and CrowdStrike EDR solution, Cisco Email & DNS Security solution

Required skills:

• Good hands‑on experience on AV/AS, Email & DNS security & MFA technology
• Ensure security policies are configured as per Customer requirement along with OEM recommendation
• Good hands‑on experience on email protection policies, incoming and outgoing email flow architecture.
• Good working knowledge on email forwarding, SPF, DKIM and DMARC features
• Good hands‑on experience on McAfee and CrowdStrike Anti-Malware & EDR policies and setup
• Experience in device onboarding into Anti-malware and ATP policies
• Knowledge in Endpoint firewall policy implementation & troubleshooting

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibility is to manage and administrate core security components like Anti-Malware, EDR, Email and DNS security. Monitoring of all services is important to ensure all services are up and running. Faster troubleshooting skill to analyze and provide fix at the earliest to user reported incidents.
