HEINEKEN Global Shared Services Center Kraków is seeking a Security Awareness Specialist to drive cyber-security training and awareness across the organisation. You will design and run programs that reduce human risk and collaborate with the Security by Culture Product Owner, external vendors and regional teams.
The role is part of the Security by Culture team within Global Information Security, offering international exposure and impact at Heineken.

At HEINEKEN we recognise cyber threats to be one of HEINEKEN’s largest risks. To become a cyber-resilient organisation, people are at the centre. More than 80% of all cyber security breaches have a human element. As a Security Awareness Specialist, you will be part of the Security by Culture team, a sub-team of HEINEKEN’s Global Information Security. The team aims to reduce the human risk in Cyber Security by ensuring a resilient and cyber-safe organization, where everyone is a HEINEKEN Protector. We do this through training, communication, events, and assessments, creating lasting change in behaviour and company culture. As a Security Awareness Specialist, you will work in an international environment, connecting to colleagues and partners worldwide. You will work closely with the Security by Culture Product Owner, external vendors, the regions and the OpCos at the senior management level to develop and maintain the services in line with the product vision. Additionally, you will be part of the Security Chapter in the Krakow Office.
