Job summary

HEINEKEN Global Shared Services Center Kraków is seeking a Security Awareness Specialist to drive cyber-security training and awareness across the organisation. You will design and run programs that reduce human risk and collaborate with the Security by Culture Product Owner, external vendors and regional teams.

The role is part of the Security by Culture team within Global Information Security, offering international exposure and impact at Heineken.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in behavioural change programs
• Experience with project management and workshops
• Knowledge of cyber security concepts
• Ability to connect with employees and stakeholders
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
• Excellent verbal and writing skills
• Strong organisational and planning skills

Responsibilities

• Design, plan and coordinate global training programs to improve cyber-secure behaviours
• Run current services and training offerings; drive development of offerings
• Organise events, facilitate workshops, create communications and training materials
• Develop and improve internal Security by Culture strategies
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors
