Job summary

Overview

Project information: Area: banking; B2B: up to 170 zł/h (depend on experience); Start: ASAP/to determinate; Location: Gdańsk or Gdynia (2 days per week in the office).

Responsibilities

• As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in guiding one or two teams through the Agile process within a SAFe framework.
• Serve as a Scrum Master for one or two teams within a SAFe setup.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Support and coach teams on Agile methodologies, ensuring adherence to SAFe principles.
• Help manage dependencies and resolve impediments to enhance team performance.
• Foster an environment of continuous improvement and high morale among team members.

Key Requirements

• Min. 5 years of experience as Scrum Master.
