Join our team as a Scrum Master!
As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating and ensuring smooth cooperation and communication among multiple teams situated in Lodz and Frankfurt, as well as collaborating effectively with other teams within cluster, key area and branch.
You will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting the teams to adhere to agile practices, fostering a constructive and efficient environment that promotes continuous improvement and successful delivery of projects.
Your leadership will be essential in resolving impediments, coordinating cross-team efforts, and ensuring that all teams are aligned with the overall project goals and timelines. In this senior capacity, you will leverage your expertise to mentor team members, advocate for agile principles, and drive the implementation of best practices to achieve optimal performance and high-quality outcomes across the teams.

Description of the cluster:
Customer Data Management (CDM) harmonises the heterogeneous application landscape for customer master data to enable fast and efficient access across the bank and to create the basis for a new standard of data quality. We create group-wide views of the personal and customer master data and link these to alliances for internal and regulatory processes.

We are operating across Frankfurt, Lodz, and Düsseldorf, collaborating closely, using modern IT infrastructure and leveraging cloud solutions to develop APIs, database and frontend solutions, providing high quality customer master data to our consumers within bank.
