Your Mission

We are seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master and Team Lead to guide and support our cross-functional agile teams. You will lead the implementation of Agile best practices, facilitate ceremonies, remove obstacles, and ensure delivery excellence. Your leadership will empower teams to deliver high-impact digital health solutions efficiently and effectively.

What You’ll Do
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
  • Champion Agile principles and help teams mature in their practices
  • Guide and coach team members on Agile and Scrum values
  • Identify and remove impediments to team progress
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability
  • Coordinate across teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency
  • Track and communicate team metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) to drive performance
  • Support project planning, resource allocation, and risk mitigation
  • Help manage scope and timeline, ensuring on-time delivery of milestones
  • Contribute to team health and morale by encouraging a people-first, feedback-rich environment.
What You Bring
  • 8 + years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Team Lead
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
  • Proven facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and remove blockers effectively
  • Basic understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI workflows and SEO fundamentals.
  • Experience with tools such as GitHub and Figma.
