Job summary

International Schools Partnership Limited is seeking an office administrator in Warszawa to support day-to-day school operations. You will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and staff, coordinate transport, and manage correspondence.

The role requires excellent Polish and English communication, strong organisational skills, and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite. Experience in a school or international environment is desirable though not essential.

  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask and work in a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills.
  • Competent IT skills, including the Microsoft Suite.
