Billennium is seeking an experienced SAP Team Leader to join our hybrid Poland-based team. You will support international SAP IBP rollouts, design end-to-end planning processes, and guide the SAP IBP/ERP integration with ECC/S4HANA.

Fluent in English and Polish, you’ll collaborate with global stakeholders and drive governance across multiple markets. In this role, you will lead S&OP initiatives, optimize inventory planning, and provide functional and technical guidance during testing, go-live,

About the role

We're looking for an SAP Team Leader to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the international rollout of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) across multiple markets and business units.

• Design and optimize end-to-end planning processes within SAP IBP.

• Configure and enhance SAP IBP Response & Supply, including order-based planning scenarios.

• Support S&OP processes, including planning cycles, process design and governance.

• Design and implement inventory planning and optimization processes.

• Analyze existing planning processes and translate business requirements into scalable SAP IBP solutions.

• Conduct fit-gap analyses, workshops and solution-design sessions with international business stakeholders.

• Support the integration of SAP IBP with the existing SAP ECC / S/4HANA landscape.

• Collaborate closely with the existing SAP IBP team and solution architects throughout implementation and rollout activities.

• Provide functional and technical guidance during testing, deployment, go-live and rollout activities.

Requirements

• Several years of hands-on experience with SAP Integrated Business Planning (SAP IBP)

• Strong expertise in S&OP, Response & Supply, Supply, Inventory and/or Demand Planning

• Proven experience with international SAP IBP implementations or rollouts

• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning processes

• Experience translating business requirements into scalable SAP IBP solutions

• Good understanding of integration between SAP IBP and SAP ERP / SAP S/4HANA

• Experience working with global templates, international stakeholders and local rollout requirements

• Fluent English and Polish language skills required
