What you\'ll do
- System Monitoring and Incident Management: Monitor events, system performance, and availability to ensure smooth operations, detect and escalate exceptions, and perform incident reporting, investigation, and analysis.
- Process and System Expertise: Specialize in end-to-end processes and the SAP ERP system, particularly in the areas of Sales and Pricing, while customizing the system to meet business needs and IT guidelines.
- Provisioning and Automation: Define and implement end-to-end provisioning processes, prioritizing automation wherever possible to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Ticket Resolution and Documentation: Investigate, resolve, and/or escalate tickets, achieving a high-level resolution rate with proper documentation to ensure operational excellence.
- Compliance and Asset Management: Ensure compliance with procedures, segregation of duties, and service levels, while managing the addition, modification, or removal of technology assets in a controlled and standardized manner.
- Knowledge Sharing and Collaboration: Actively contribute to knowledge management, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement across teams.
Who you are
- Educational Background and Experience: University degree in IT or Engineering with 3+ years of experience in SAP ERP SD, including customizing, development, and user support. Proven expertise in configuring SAP SD/LE modules and solid experience in sales processes such as master data, sales processing, shipping, billing, pricing, bonus, and credit management.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP ERP infrastructure, SAP development workbench, and integrative SAP processes with interfaces to neighboring modules (PP, MM, FI, CO). Hands-on experience with SAP QM and MM implementation, expertise in configurable materials, and familiarity with foreign trade processes using SAP GTS.
- Programming and Debugging: Ability to read and debug ABAP and ABAP/OO programs, ensuring effective troubleshooting and system optimization.
- Industry Knowledge: Market experience in the construction supplier industry, providing valuable insights into industry-specific processes and requirements.
- Language and Communication: Fluent in English, with German as an added advantage. Strong moderation, facilitation, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Work Approach and Time Management: Structured working method with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and complete tasks within tight deadlines.
