Job summary

Billennium is seeking a Senior or strong Mid-level SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Finance Consultant to join an international SAP project based in Kraków. You will work across GL, AP, AR, CO, P2P, O2C and provide FI-CO expertise in a cloud environment using SAP Fiori.

The role requires 4+ years in SAP FI/CO, hands-on S/4HANA Public Cloud experience, strong English and excellent communication with international stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in SAP FI/CO or SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• Good understanding of SAP Finance business processes and FI-CO integration.
• Experience with General Ledger (GL) including master data, journal entries, document processing and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Understanding of Controlling including cost centres, profit centres and internal orders.
• Familiarity with WBS elements / Project Accounting and the flow of actual costs from FI.
• Experience with SAP Fiori and S/4HANA Cloud applications.
• Understanding of month-end closing and financial reporting processes.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to work with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support and contribute to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Finance activities.
• Work across key Finance areas including GL, AP, AR and CO.
• Support P2P and O2C business processes and their integration with Finance.
• Configure and/or support Finance processes in line with the fit-to-standard approach.
• Work with SAP Fiori applications for Finance transactions and reporting.
• Support FI-CO integration and real-time financial postings.
• Work with cost centres, profit centres, internal orders and WBS elements.
• Support Project Accounting, including planning, budgeting and actual cost reporting.
• Participate in period-end closing activities, including foreign currency revaluation and GR/IR clearing.
• Support financial reporting including Balance Sheet and P&L reporting and embedded analytics.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and other SAP functional teams.
• Contribute to testing, issue resolution and continuous improvement of Finance processes.
• Work in accordance with the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud release and fit-to-standard methodology.

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Senior or strong Mid-level SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Finance Consultant to join an international SAP project.

The role offers an opportunity to work on a SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environment across key Finance processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Controlling and Project Accounting.

You will be involved in end-to-end business processes such as P2P and O2C, FI-CO integration, period-end closing and financial reporting, as well as working with SAP Fiori and embedded analytics. The project is particularly interesting for consultants who want to further develop their expertise in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and modern cloud-based Finance transformation.
