Job summary

Moderna is strengthening its international business services hub in Warsaw, seeking a Supply Chain data specialist to ensure integrity and quality of CMC master data across global operations. Based at our MESH in Warsaw, you will combine hands-on SAP S/4HANA expertise with data governance to enable reliable decision-making.

You will partner with Digital, Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams to standardize master data, support data migration, and drive continuous improvements in data quality,

Qualifications

• Education: BA/BS preferred in supply chain management, logistics, engineering and/or business administration with experience in pharmaceutical data management and project management.
• Experience: 5+ years (BA/BS) or 3+ years (MS) in various Supply Chain, Project Management, and Manufacturing functions (strong preference towards Pharmaceutical and Biotech experience).
• Certification in APICS, data management, or related disciplines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise CMC master data within SAP S/4HANA: Create, maintain and manage critical CMC master data records to support global operations.
• Drive master data governance and standardization: Develop and maintain standards that ensure accuracy and lifecycle management.
• Maintain data quality through analysis, cleansing and validation: Identify inconsistencies and cleanse data for reliability.
• Support enterprise data integration and synchronization: Facilitate integration of master data across systems and reporting tools.
• Translate business requirements into reliable master data solutions: Understand data needs and guide data standards and configuration.
• Support SAP data migration and system transformation initiatives: Participate in data mapping, testing and reconciliation.
• Monitor master data health and performance: Track metrics and provide actionable insights for improvements.
• Provide technical support and resolve master data issues: Resolve data discrepancies with cross‑functional teams.
• Document master data standards and strengthen user capabilities: Create SOPs and train end users on data entry standards.
• Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives: Lead projects to improve data quality and processes.
• Advance data‑driven reporting and operational insights: Ensure data supports BI and reporting needs.
• Explore digital innovation and AI‑enabled data management: Identify opportunities for automation and AI tools in data governance.
